Mike has an extensive sales background with major vendors in broadband, as well as an 11-year stint in the US Air Force. With extensive knowledge of broadband and telephony technology, including: HFC Architecture, DOCSIS, Optical Fiber, DWDM, Ethernet, IP
Mike also is extremely well-regarded and lauded for his attention to detail and high customer-service values. He has extensive experience in servicing both MSO and smaller cable operators and finds the best way to truly gauge a customers’ needs is by hearing the details of the entire plant, in order to help them determine the best solutions for their specific network, because each plant is different and evolving.
Mike lives in beautiful Upstate South Carolina and enjoys patriotism and remodeling his home when he’s not on the road.
Jennifer Tyrrel is the Director of Sales and Corporate Account Executive for BBI. She started her journey to Broadband International in 2014. Prior to BBI, she worked at the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) for 9 years, growing into the role of Technology Solutions Supervisor, primarily managing the Inside Sales Team, plus personally handling key accounts such as Cable One, Mediacom, and Wave Broadband.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Cum Laude, from Baker University. She also received certifications in other areas of the business field including: Powerful Communications, Project Management, Creative Leadership, and Purchasing Skills. She has over 26 years of outstanding customer service skills and experience. Jennifer is well-known and highly regarded for her innate ability to build genuine relationship with our customers that is rooted on having a strong work
ethic.
Jennifer is a native of the Philippines and lives in the suburb of Denver, CO. When she’s not traveling meeting customers and sharing with them why BBI is the “strength behind the signal”, Jennifer is actively involved in her church community, enjoys playing volleyball and golf, and spending time with her husband and two children rooting for the Nuggets.
Michele Slack is the Eastern Region Account Executive and Marketing and Product Manager for BBI. In sales for broadband industry products since 2007, expertise includes amplifiers, drop materials, and other products.
Prior to the broadband industry, Michele spent 11 years in the Packaging Automation industry, where she co-owned an independent rep agency. Sales centered around complex, custom engineered solutions. She was also Sales and Marketing Manager for an international manufacturer of packaging equipment. With over 25 years of sales experience, Michele is very attuned to working with customers to achieve technical solutions tailored for specific objectives.
She is an avid golfer, enjoys reading, and loves all types of music and live music events.
Nicholas Ferolito is the National Sales Manager for BBI and manages all sales activities both domestically and globally. With BBI since 2009, Nicholas came to the company from ComTech Services where he started as a Repair Route Driver and rapidly grew to Sales Manager, handling key MSO accounts. Nicholas also personally handles the Midwest territory sales for BBI.
At BBI, Nicholas started as an Account Executive and grew quickly to National Sales Manager. Over and above managing the sales team, Nicholas works with key accounts including Comcast, Charter, Time Warner, Mediacom, Suddenlink and CableOne. Nicholas has over two decades of experience handling the diverse needs of cable systems, and also has 12 years of hands-on experience in the brokering/surplus industry. Nicholas also plays a role in strategic development regarding the needs of the customer.
Nicholas is a proud father and muscle-car enthusiast.
David Moreno, Regional Sales Executive for Latin America, is an Electronics Engineer with strong technical background and over 15 years’ experience working within the Telecommunications Industry. David has a wide knowledge of Latin American markets and expertise in international sales, account management, business development and product management. David has skills in leadership and management of sales teams, training and coaching of teams, distribution channels implementation and development. He is fluent in Spanish and English. At Broadband International he is responsible of International sales and he is able to give to BBI clients the advice and support they need for their projects.
